When I arrived the property was locked & there was no one to greet me or hand me the keys. I had to call the property number first and eventually someone arrived. The room was decent, clean, came with a bed, a/c, mini fridge, tv. The bathroom was clean however there was no soap & I wasn’t offered a towel till my second night. The WiFi is spotty but it does work, the pool is clean and there’s a restaurant next door - very convenient. Soraida and Sammy took care of me, they are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They made my stay very worth it, they showed me around, drove me places and even took me snorkeling. Overall I would give the property 4/5 because it’s not bad but it could definitely be better. Bring your own soap!!

The owner is not on site. I had to wait one hour to get check in. Room was so dirty. There was spider webs or something similar hanging from ceiling. My feet was dirty from walking in that room. Towels are like rugs and can say it’s towel and more. Room smells horrible. On the 2 days when I showed how dirty room is I got another one but not in a better shape . Sheets was gross with dirty spots . One good thing was I missed my flight and govt there one day later and wasn’t charged for that night I wasn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone

Staff was courteous. Owner was not on site, but fortunately we were able to communicate through WhatsApp. Room was relatively clean, but it would have been better if the towels and sheets were changed daily. Showers were cold.

The manager is a prince and maintains the public areas well. The room was noisy (right on the street) and facilities were VERY basic: minimal decor, tv inoperable, no bathroom towel bars/hooks, thrift store decor of minimal furniture, short on linens. Good mini-fridge though and efficient a/c. Restaurant attached and market nearby. Good location for walking access to groceries, restaurants, and beach.

The best place to stay on the island

This place was amazing. It’s not one of those overpriced 5 star hotels everyone stays at. This is on a nice quiet street. The room was perfect for what I needed. Sammy the owner is such a great guy. I was hanging out with him for a bit in the evenings. When I return to Aruba, I am definitely staying here again.

We had a great time! Great price! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Sammy showed us around and was there to answer any questions. The pool was nice and there is free parking out front. Plus we had a mini fridge in our room which was nice. The only downside is the shower water didn’t get hot and the beds were a little hard. I’d definitely stay here again soon!

Very basic hotel, great for a good sleep if you plan to be out all day. Person communicating via APP is polite and responds quickly. There was no staff present at check in/out which made things difficult. As others mentioned: there is no hot water on par with North American standards and the linens are basic with no extras. My room had blinds that did not work well, causing a view from either side of the window.

Run away

Filthy room, putrid smell from bathroom. No cleaning service, no even changing towels. Do not stay there, you'll regret it.

Alojamiento razonable, buena relación precio-calidad. Valoro la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto y arrendadoras. Importante: llegamos en domingo, estuvimos casi dos horas , al rayo del sol, esperado que viniera alguien a abrirnos a pesar de haber hecho aviso. La persona que nos atendió no fue muy agradable. Traten de verificar que haya gente a la hora de llegada y si la habitación reservada da a la piscina o al lateral. En otro orden, Aire acondicionado, frío bar y ducha funcionan Perfecto.

I liked the proximity to where I needed to be for training. Didn't like that there was no hand or body soap and garbage bins in the room. Shower heads are to high and need to be cleaned as the water was not coming out properly
