"Room was clean, but very warm when I first arrived. Front desk rep said A/C only runs when someone is in the room. I was worried it would still be 79 degrees when I returned at night. It cooled down nicely, even without me there. :) I only stayed two nights so did not have room cleaned/serviced, but the cleaning staff provided me with new towels when I caught them cleaning other rooms. The breakfast is always good. Would definitely stay there again, only on off game weekends though because the hotel is too expensive during game/event weekends."

"We enjoyed our stay in hotel Eleo, it is very close to the Florida University veterinary hospital and to the campus. We had breakfast and had dinner at the restaurant every day, we were sitting with our dog in the outside patio. The bathroom was spotless clean and the front desk and valet very accomodating."

"The room was clean, and yes there are folks living there. The people who do live there are friendly and will look out for folks staying there. The pool is nice and the motel is right across the street from the Park. It isnt the Ritz by any means, but it served our needs and everything was clean. We will be back."

"10/10 - Cannot recommend this property enough! We had to pivot our plans due to needing to take our ailing, senior cat with us; and couldn't have imagined our vacation having been anywhere else. We absolutely would stay here again in a heartbeat and have already shared this property with our loved ones, too. Stay here for a relaxing escape you won't regret! Max and Anne were excellent hosts! Highlights:Pool - The pool was fantastic to have throughout our trip; we were in it every day with how at least part of it gets direct sunlight until the evening time. There are stairs with a railing in the shallower end along with a ledge in the 4" area. During our stay, our hosts even had a pool cleaner come by to take care of extra debris after a rough storm. They provided loungers and chairs; but we loved bringing our own floats, too, to laze the day away! Scenery/Property - The cottage/pool house is right next to a gorgeous, 500 year old oak tree along with an aviary containing beautiful peacocks in front of the cottage's gate. Their horses are also your neighbors! They're used to guests so will come right up to you and we thoroughly enjoyed feeding them apples plus some baby carrots. If you're up early, you'll also be treated to seeing their 2 dogs in the yard outside the gate who also enjoy pets from guests. Despite not having a full kitchen, we had everything we needed and then some thanks to all they provide. Perfect for unplugging for a little while off the beaten path."
