The Space:
Unit 1301 features keyless entry, stack washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with all of the utensils and cookware that you will need. This condo offers a KEURIG. Bedding consists of a queen bed in the master and 2 Captain Beds (bunk beds with a full-sized bed on bottom and twin on top) in the second bedroom. There is a normal couch and a sectional couch in the living area (NO sofa sleeper). There is no dining table. The balcony is the ideal spot for taking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and has a table and chairs with seating for four. Guests are sure to enjoy the swim-through indoor/ outdoor pool, BBQ area, expansive sundeck, and easy beach access. Be sure to rise off at the outdoor shower on the boardwalk before heading back into the condo.

This condo is directly on the beach. Property amenities include on-site security, beachside outdoor pool, swim-though indoor pool, and BBQ area. Beach chairs/ umbrellas are provided for a fee by third-party beach service companies.
