THE SPACE: The condo is elegantly decorated and reflects an upscale vibrant beach atmosphere! The living room has ample seating and a large flatscreen smart TV. The sleeper sofa provides an additional sleeping option. The view from the living room balcony is spectacular! You will love cooking delicious meals in the newly updated, fully stocked kitchen, which features full-size stainless-steel appliances, a stylish tile backsplash, and ample counter space for meal prep. We provide both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The peninsula doubles as a breakfast bar with spacious seating for four. The dining table is situated between the kitchen and living room and has seating for six. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and equipped with Roku-enabled TV's and ceiling fans, ensuring entertainment and comfort. There is extra space for your gear in the walk in laundry room which features a full-size washer and dryer. Cable and Wi-Fi are complimentary. A coded keyless entry lock makes for easy access for everyone.

Additional amenities include an indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna and a gulf facing fitness room. An outdoor grilling area and picnic tables are also provided. The covered unloading area at the building entrance guarantees unloading in the shade and out of the weather. The condo entrance is gated. The condo is located across the street from Zeke's Landing and a shopping center with the Shrimp Basket restaurant, an ice cream and donut shop. This condo promises a memorable and relaxing getaway with its prime location and fantastic facilities.
