The condo is on the ocean, you look out your sliding glass door and you can hear the ocean. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that is also ocean front. We visited many condos on the east coast but none compares or come close to being on the Gulf Coast Orange Beach Al. We make this trip at least once every year and is never disappointed.

Kids First Beach Vacation

Great stay overall...but ASK questions prior to booking!

Overall, our stay was great - the condo was clean, well-furnished, had beautiful views, and was centrally located to all the fun stuff. Our problems came into play immediately after booking and making the nonrefundable payment. I then received an email letting me know that 2 of the 4 elevators at the complex were having maintenance. This was not disclosed on the property details or I would've booked elsewhere. I've been in large complexes like this and had long waits for elevators when they were ALL working, so I knew this would be a pain. And it was. We waited nearly a half hour at one stretch and had two very small children with us. Not ok. Also, upon arrival and trying to park in a handicap spot, we saw they were all blocked off, and a worker came over to let us know that ALL handicap spots were off limits through the entire next day because a crane was coming in to work on the tennis courts. Again, nothing about this was disclosed on the property details, and my husband is a diabled vet. Luckily, the woman working the parking passes allowed us to use the basement parking at no additional cost.While I understand these buildings and amenities need maintenance, these kinds of things MUST be disclosed on the property details for full disclosure and so a fully informed decision can be made by a renter, especially when there's a no-refund policy in place. That's the only part of our stay that was unsatisfactory. So please ask all the right questions prior to booking.

Great place, great beach

condo was very nice, was a great beach. Could have used a deeper cleaning, hair along baseboard, overall it was great.

Not Impressed too many problems

The Kitchen had bad cooking pan's stuck and dirty. we had to go buy some. 1 towel No pot holders, Pan's that were there were dirty, Can opener was broke, coffee pot was dirty, Bed's mattress were awful broke down with a hole in the middle you rolled into. Toliet rocked when you sat down. Balcony was dirty. Washer machine did not clean and was very loud. General apperance of this Condo Unit was old and needs repair. Floors in main lobby has tape on tile's Elevator's were dirty glass was nasty. We stayed in a Phoenix before this one and that is the reason we choose this unit. However I will Not go back to Phoenix 5 again.!

Very clean and very efficient for our stay. We had no issues at all. Enjoy the view, and the condo was very nice, as well as the beach and pool.

Condo was as advertised. Clean and comfortable The only complaint we had was the unit above us seemed to have construction(or something ) going on late at night and early morning. We could hear tools and scraping across the floor. Annoying at times.

Family Vacation

We loved the place and location! We were not happy however with the fact that our condo wasn’t not cleaned when we got to the location at the correct time of check in and it was nasty! We called the property management team and they sent the team lead immediately and she got it cleaned but it was an hour and 45 minutes past time for check in. We received a text about a late check in at 3:45 which was 45 minutes late! We weren’t happy and I complained to the property manager but they never made anything right! This also caused us to miss our family pictures we had scheduled. I’m not sure we will use this property manager again but we will stay at this property again! Just through a different company! Other than that we had the best family vacation!
