Enjoy our beautiful island to the fullest with 960 square feet of living space in this serenely decorated condo. The master suite features a comfortable king bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds a a large flat screen tv! There is a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room, as well, allowing for a total of 8 to sleep. In the living room, a flat screen TV allows you to stay caught up with your favorite cable show. There are 2 full bathroom with the master bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. When you are not out enjoying the fantastic local restaurants, prepare some deliciously fresh meals in the condo's fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential appliances. The dining room table seats 4 and there is also a counter high bar with 3 bar stools for extra seating so that everyone can gather around for mealtime. A washer and dryer set is conveniently located inside the condo as well.

Spend the day at the outdoor pool soaking up the sun with breathtaking views of the shimmering waters or take a walk down the private boardwalk to walk along the beach with friends and family. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse off sand on your way back in. When the day finally starts winding to an end, enjoy your private balcony and its stunning view of the gulf waters. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

* PROPERTY DAMAGE WAIVER - An Accidental Damage Waiver fee of $79 is included with every reservation. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers UNINTENTIONAL damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are DISCLOSED TO OWNERS prior to checkout. The Damage Waiver will pay a maximum benefit of $1500. Any damages that exceed $1500 will be charged to the credit card on file.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to two (2) vehicles (no exceptions). Two (2) parking passes are included in your rental.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While our unit is set up for normal housekeeping, the property will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. The rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
