• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. The booking guest must submit a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of booking.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Orange Beach prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Parking: Sea-renity Now provides private parking for up to three vehicles (no trailers, RVs, boats, or jet skis are allowed).
• Professional Management: Sea-renity Now is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
