This Orange Beach Vacation Rental is a beautifully decorated efficiency, sleeps 4. Delivery services available: Include grocery delivery and local restaurant delivery.
Comfy Queen size bed and recently purchased Queen sofa sleeper. This unit has tile floors through-out. A fully stocked kitchen and a stack washer/dryer for your convenience. Nice sized pretty bathroom and private balcony with gulf view! You have 2 outdoor pools and sundecks on as well as indoor pool, picnic tables with charcoal grills and tennis court.
Convenient to Waterville Water Park, Dolphin Cruises, and Deep Sea Fishing, Fabulous Shopping, OWA, world class golf etc.

Cute little place
Very cute little condo. Manager was easy to get in touch with when issues arised. Issues were fixed very quickly as well. Make sure you read the full descriptions though as it does not have a actual separate bedroom. Open layout which is perfect for a couple or a little family like mine

Great location!
Came down for a event at Florabama. Was in walking distance to all of events! The pool and dock area was very nice and easily accessible! If you have a boat great place to stay! Management was amazing as well!

Will definitely stay again!
I love this property! I took a trip just by myself and have nothing to complain about. It’s a great unit for yourself, a couple, or family with small children. Parking is so easy and convenient with the unit’s assigned parking spot right at the foot of the stairs. But I will say, I have a midsize SUV, so it was easy for me to back into the parking space, but if you have a larger vehicle, I would recommend asking for a parking pass! The beach is only about a 3-5 minutes walk just across the street with a convenient cross walk that stops traffic with the push of a button. There are plenty of restaurants less than a mile away. The bay side of the property is absolute beautiful at sunset. It never feels crowded because it is a smaller complex. Check in/check out was super easy. The host always immediately answered any message or call. I only give a 4-star rating for the listing description since it said “1 bedroom” instead of “studio” which was fine for me but may be misleading if you have 3-4 people! The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast, dinner, and lunch. I hope to be back soon!

Relaxing
Easy, safe access to the beach since there is a crosswalk nearby. Small area but quaint. Overlooks a doc for fishing. Only complaint is the parking. Our van wouldn't fit in the parking and the owners did not leave us parking permit pass even though we paid for it. We had to keep moving our van.

BYOB (bring your own blanket)
First off this place is definitely In a great location. We had a view from the bay and ocean, however, the cleanliness could have been better. It looked like someone had walked across the bed when we came in and we had sand and dirt in our beds. (Which we didn’t really get any blankets. Blankets were extremely thin BYOB lol bring yo own blanket!) pull out couch was definitely really uncomfortable so I’d bring an air mattress as well. When you walk out on the patio it’s an amazing view, but wear your shoes because raised nails are everywhere and they hurt pretty bad when you step on them. If you plan on cooking… bring PAM.. When we tried to use the pans to cook some dinner ALL of the pans were terrible. We couldn’t cook a simple grilled cheese without it sticking so bad we could barely get it off the pan.. and yes, we used butter on the pan too. Anywho, would I stay here again… maybe if it was cleaner, but at the moment I would definitely look for somewhere else moving forward.

Great stay
Small but quaint. Very private. I thought we was just steps away from the ocean but we were across the street. We would have preferred ocean front front and an elevator as I am disabled but that's my fault for not paying attention. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you
