Enjoyed our time

Property was clean and exactly as pictured. Sleeps 8. I rated a 4 overall bc we did enjoy it but there are a few things I want to mention you can’t tell from pics- The bathrooms are small, it made me think of when I had small children and had to help them bathe, would have been difficult. I’ve stayed in this floor plan before and they are all like this unless remodeled. The bedroom in the room with the one queen bed was uncomfortable, reminded me of a hospital bed with plastic around the mattress, just based off the sound it made. There are no spices, not even salt and pepper. The first condo I’ve stayed at with absolutely zero anything. The AC would not get lower than 72-73 during the day and at night lower than 71. This temp was okay for me bc there was a portable fan on the property that I was able to use. With that being said, overall, the property met our needs, just an older style condo, but had plenty of room for us. The question I did ask a few days before our stay was answered promptly.

Everyone was wonderful. We didn't have a TV in one of the rooms but got it fixed. The view was awesome got to see dolphins every morning we were there. Had a great time can't wait to come back.

The location worked for us. The condo was a little old - needed more lamps in bed rooms. Kitchen sink showed molding around it coming loose and was a little nasty. Cookware and other kitchen items were sparse and several pots were rusted. Bathroom showers/water knobs were old and extremely hard to use especially with younger bathers. Liquid Life was extremely easy to work with, very fast in answering questions , tried to help in any way they could with our needs, would work with them again - great team!!!

Great trip for mothers day 2025. The condo is a little dated but nice. The only thing is there is not a sleeper sofa as listed.

Overall a nice stay. Great view. Good pool. Convenient location. This particular unit is not as updated. Wi-fi access was good, but tvs were not equipped (Dish only; streaming not available). Paint was peeling on some doors. Only one potholder for cooking. Some outlets don’t work. Property manager was quick to respond to requests.

The area was nice we love Orange Beech, This was our 3rd stay in Orange Beech, one at the Shoal Water and the Pheonix IV, both of them were great. This place was not great! It was a place to stay is about all I could say positive, "DEFINATELY NOT" worth the 4800 the 8 nights we stayed. Advertised as a sofa bed and it is not just a cheap couch, after a couple days they sent a twin blow up mattress. alot to feel unprotected from getting charged for damage and was a dangerous experience. A lamp had exposed wires at the plug in and received 110 volts just trying to plug a cell charger into the outlet. Drawer knob missing, living room table has alot of frayed bamboo and peices missing, 2 chairs broken on the balcony and stacked in the corner let alot the table outside was missing bolts and seemed to want to collapse and rusted chairs breaking, the barber style glider has damage to the bottom leather and head rest, I had to fix the burners on the stove and wasnt set correctly inplace or plugged in on the stove top. wall damage and markings.Really needs to be cleened up and updated from the 90's.
