Family Get-a-way

Nice, great room location on 1st floor right next to the pool and beach access. Only draw back was the room cleanliness. Otherwise, great trip had by all 😃

Great Location and Close to the Beach

Everything was great. Beach access right out the back door. Two small issues with the electric door hardware that were address and corrected promptly. Would stay again 100%.

Awesome stay

Loved the property, directly next to the pool short walk to the beach. Bathroom was beautiful. I would recommend bringing extra paper towels the roll that was provided was almost empty & dish detergent was as well. But many stores are near by so no biggie. My only complaint was there was sand under the comforter. Don’t be alarmed when waiting for check in instructions the host provided them on the day of check in.

Nice condo…lack of communication from host.

The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. Easy beach and pool access. Everything worked as described. Our only complaint is the lack of communication from the host. We could never get our car registered to park as the code was invalid. Received a ticket from the Palms Resort but they showed us grace when we showed them the multiple requests for a new code. In addition, we never received any check out information, even when we requested it. We love the Palms Resort Condos but will stay in a different condo next time.

Nice location.

Unit is conveniently located on the ground floor, by the pool, and decorated with a cute beachy vibe. Had a rough start with cleanliness issues, no toiletries, used/dirty hand bar soap in soap dishes, mold on the shower floor and wall seams, few stains on the WHITE couch cover, and found a few dirty dishes. The dishwasher door had issues resetting the locking unit, water was all over the floor twice, and not very relaxing to have to wipe up water with towels because the mop was nasty, then do laundry of used towels. We started hand washing dishes because we were afraid to start the dishwasher. We called maintenance before starting it up a 3rd time, the night before we left. The maintenance guy, Bryson, was nice and showed up each time to reset the lock on the dishwasher door, and after the 2nd incident he ordered the part needed to fix the issue. Great communication with property manager, Morgan, she was prompt in responding. I would still recommend this property, because of the location and communication. I hope the issues I encountered will not be repeated but will be resolved and used as a training opportunity to ensure a better experience for their next guests.

We got locked out of our comdo 3 times on first 2 days, dirty, no quock response on lock outs, etc.

Would not recommend this host or. Condo. Dirty, table brock, vent to microwave broke, dishwasher would not latch so we had to hand wash dishes on bacation.and wimdows and trash cans were nasty. I cleaned them and bottom of toilets. Also. And most pf all we got locked out 3 times om first 2 days of our 7 for hours at a tome. With no money or keys to go anywhere and just had to hamg aroumd in our bathing suites til host responsed and office said they cod not help us. Amd we were on bottom floor and slidimg door wouldnt lock so we couldnt use it till the 2nd day when the office finally sent maintenence to fix the door. I thought with all these issues we shouldoff got a credit of something back but vrbo said it was up to the host and no response from them. Dont use this host to thend n se them.
