    This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 4th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!!



    Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



    There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



    Come relax on the spacious 4th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a new queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



    Snowbirds welcome!



    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great condo!

My daughter and I had a great stay for spring break. The condo was perfect for the two of us and we loved the view of the Gulf from the balcony. My only recommedation is to buy new bath towels. We did not use 2 of them due to small stains on them. Other than that, the condo was great!

Had a few minor inconveniences, clock didn’t work, had to lift toilet handle or would run continuously but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Very satisfied with our stay.

It was on the beach which was the biggest bonus, and next to the Floribama if that's what you are looking for. The unit was older and smelled super musty. The furniture was also fairly old. The sheets were clean, but all blankets and bed pillows had yellowing edges, as though they'd never been cleaned and the places people touched the most were dirty. There were dishes, dishwasher, laundry, etc, but one roll of paper towel and toilet paper was weak considering that would last only a day. The pool was also closed, which was not mentioned during our reservation or when we were asked to switch units due to patio construction (I think we should have been offered a lower rate). Overall, the place just seemed dingy. I would not come back and rent this unit again.

There were 4. That may be the standard. Would also be nice to have some hand soap or dish soap in the kitchen or at least another toiletry soap for the kitchen like what was provided for the bathroom. There is a good amount of sand underneath the fold out couch. Would recommend some coasters for the legs of the kitchen chairs. They make a good bit of noise when moving to sit down. Might also be time to replace the shower head.

Couch and pillows could use a shampoo and or steam cleaning. The bed sheets and extra sheets for couch bed were clean. But the comforter and pillow shams were awful honestly. They very obviously hadn’t been washed in some time. Were stained and visibly very dirty. Looked like make up and blood spots. We took them off and only used the sheets. Were going to use the extra blankets in the closet but they were in the same condition and didn’t look or smell clean. Not all but some of the towels and rags were a bit dingy and stained. Those things were disappointing. But if those things were taken care of this condo would be great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (husband, 5 yo son, 10 month old daughter, me) stayed here for 5 nights. Great room, fantastic view, great amenities. It was such a plus to have covered parking in the extreme heat with little kids. We never had to hunt for parking, we always found a spot on our floor. The staff were all helpful and nice. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close which is also a huge plus for this location. Our room needed a deep cleaning. I ended up washing all utensils and dishes before we used them, and cleaned the utensil drawer insert myself. Luckily I brought my own sponge and dish brush along, because I cleaned the kitchen top to bottom upon arrival. The shower did not look clean, and the curtain liner was covered in mildew. Of course there was sand when we walked in, but there was SO much sand that I wasn’t sure if the room had even been swept before we arrived. There were a couple other things I won’t get into. We otherwise had a wonderful stay in this little gem of a room. We didn’t let a few housekeeping things put a damper on our trip. It was a great week!

The condo is beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the TV but it was rectified quickly!The only thing I would suggest is over the door hooks in the bathroom for towels and a shower liner for the bathtub. Also, there’s a nice glass dining table and I would put place mats on them so the glass doesn’t get messy.But, it’s a wonderful location, very comfortable bed and nice couch!!!
