    Welcome to Admirals Quarters 1206, your beachfront vacation destination in Orange Beach! This beautiful unit offers a 'beachy' feel along with the peaceful serenity of direct gulf views! Featuring 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises & sunsets over the gulf water...this unit will not disappoint! Comfortably sleeping 6 people, bring the whole family! Enjoy the amenities: outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, & fitness center, and sauna!



    The Space:

    Welcome to Admirals Quarters 1206!



    Upon entering the unit, you will see the first bedroom the right. This room features 2 queen beds, large TV with satellite cable, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with a tub shower combo.



    On the left side of the hallway, the king suite features a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, TV with satellite cable, and dresser. This room also has directly balcony access!



    You will see the laundry room located on the left sided wall with large washer and dryer.



    The kitchen features upscale appliances/fixtures, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all cooking essentials.



    The living room consists of a large couch and 3 chairs for tons of seating! This room has direct access to the balcony and breathtaking beach views!



    Guest Access:

    Guest will have access to everything inside the unit and private balcony views! Guest will also have access to the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, and beach!!!



    The Neighborhood:

    Admirals Quarters is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach nearby Publix and all the incredible restaurants that the area has to offer!



    Getting Around:

    You can park in any unmarked parking spot on the ground level or 2nd floor of the parking garage!

It’s hard to beat the views from this condo and convenience with how close you are to the beach. Communicating with the host was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook. There were plenty of places to eat and relax for two adults, a toddler and baby. Overall I’d recommend the condo.Unfortunately there were some cleanliness issues I had to contact the host about involving hair found on linens and balled in a bathroom. The host explained that new linens are delivered between stays and they were likely from the cleaning crew. Still, a little icky and new linens don’t explain the hair in the tub. There was also an unpleasant smell that was apparent when we arrived. As the week passed it mostly dissipated except in the front smaller bedroom. I felt bad my son had to sleep there. It was kind of a musty basement smell. For the price of the vacation these were disappointing discoveries but we had a great time in Orange Beach!

1st Time to the Beach in 20 Years

The property was amazing. It was clean and looked just as listed. The booking and check in and out process was very easy. My dad has mobility and breathing issues. This condo accomodated all his needs. We would definitely stay again.
