The Neighborhood:
Enjoy our sand filled neighborhood with community pool and putting green. Two restaurants and a mini golf course are located at the entrance of the community. Any spaces with "G" are guest spaces and open for parking.

Getting Around:
It's easy to walk through the neighborhood to the pool or mini-golf. Plenty of parking in the area. Any spaces labeled with a "G" is a Guest Space.

Other Things to Note:
The neighborhood is expanding and some construction noise may be audible during the day. The homes are all built directly surrounding the property, but if it becomes an issue please let me know so I can contact the builder or the authorities.

Beautiful home!

Loved this home and our family’s stay! Spacious, nice and refreshing! Great location (that will be even better as construction concludes)! We would love to visit again. Because it’s so new, could use a few more kitchen items. Our family likes to cook and bake so we’re probably needier than most in that department ;) The pool was chilly but very nice! Loved the visit from the cranes, turtles and even an alligator in the water around the complex. We had a great vacation!

Construction Noise

The residence in and of itself was excellent. The neighborhood, after construction will be amazing. The construction noise was very distracting as multiple homes were being built and piles were being driven. This noise started at 6am every day except Sunday. I know the owners had no control over this.

Perfect Framily Getaway!

This is a perfect, quiet stay for a friend or family group. The house is lovely, with a nice large kitchen. The host is incredibly responsive, and the location is close enough without being crowded. We can’t wait to come back!

Another Dood Trip to Gulf Shores

The owner was very nice and quick to respond to questions. He also made himself available for further information along with very detailed information. The place was very well decorated and clean. We liked the community and the great location within a quick drive to the beach.
