Romar House 802B is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 8th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf. This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring comfy seating where you can unwind after a sunny day at the beach. The living room opens to a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the stunning Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an under-counter ice machine, a bar area, and dining seating for all your guests. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, you'll find everything you need.

The large primary bedroom features a king bed with spectacular views and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is private and includes a garden tub and shower combo.

The two secondary guest bedrooms offer a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other, sharing a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for added comfort.

For your convenience, the condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Romar House is renowned for its well-maintained grounds, including manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance. The property boasts a range of amenities, including outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered parking area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House, and additional parking must be arranged off-site.
