Detached house in a quiet and sunny location with pool
Position:
The house is independent, perfectly restored in a quiet and sunny position with swimming pool, garden and outdoor shower. It is well connected and accessible from the road, but at the same time completely isolated.
The property is 1200 m2 surrounded by fruit trees (figs, cherries, walnuts and other) vineyard (cca 50 years) and olive groves (cca 40 years). 3 parking spaces available. Near the house just a few meters away is the soccer field of the town which is usable.
It is located 400 m from the center of Oprtalj-Portole, and 30 km from the sea and the beach.
Distance from the supermarket 15 km, shop, restaurant, post office just 400 m.
Just 20 m from the house passes the road that leads to the Parenzana (cycle path).
House description:
Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
Ground floor:
kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer). Living room with comfortable armchair and sofa, console and video games. Dining room with flat screen TV / SAT, air conditioning, dining table, exit to the terrace and pool, outdoor kitchen (pool view and nice view of Oprtalj), and vineyard. Also on the ground floor separate WC with washing machine and ace and iron.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 en suite bathroom with king size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), WiFi, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, private shower / WC, exit to the 5m2 balcony (pool view and great view of Oprtalj).

Willkommen daheim
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr Gut ausgestattete Küche. Dazu ein Willkommenskorb ( ( Wein, Wasser, Nudeln, Sosse), frische Blumen .
Bäder,: modern, vor allem sehr sauber. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel vorhanden.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, erteilt Tips zum Aufenthalt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Veranstaltungen, Ausflugsziele.. im Ort gibt es 2 Restaurants- sehr empfehlenswert.
