Thank you for reviewing our hotel. Our towels are within standards with the hotel brand. We do not have an Indian restaurant or no one cooks Indian food at our hotel. Our hotel is open 24 hours and rooms are rented through out the night. I see you came to the front desk and complained about getting woke up due to noise at 2 am, our front desk apologized and let you know that she had just rented a room close to you and they were getting settled in. We had over half the hotel occupied and no one else complained about noise or the smell you are referring about. Again we understand your issue and we strive to give customer service to our guest.

I see you tried to call us and check in early at 10:10 am and asked for an early check in. Our front desk let you know that our check in was at 4pm. You came to our hotel and tried to check in at 10:40 am but we could not accommodated you and you then asked if you can change in our guest bathroom. Which you did and our front desk let you know that she would call you when your room was ready. You let her know that if it is after 2 pm don't bother to call. Our front desk tried to call you at 1:15 pm to let you know the at the room was ready but you did not answer the phone. We understand you wanted to check in early and we try to accommodate. Our hand soap dispenser was refilled as we were out of stock of that item. The hand soap was ordered and did not get here till after you left. Our breakfast is within hotel standards as we serve sausage links, biscuits, omelets and other items. One of our two bathrooms was out of order as that is the reason it was closed but you had another one that you used. Once we get the out of order bathroom fixed we will open it. Someone is around the front desk at all times, we work behind the scene folding laundry or cleaning the pantry breakfast area. Someone is on site 24 hours a day. You do not need to shout hello but just wait patiently for us to wash our hands and come up to the front, which is usually 1 or 2 mins. For future reference please call the hotel that you would be staying at and as about the early check in policy. Also hotels have deep cleaning cycles and close down rooms that are being cleaned in the slow season and that is another reason they would not be able to accommodate your request.
