My first impression of the property was not good and it did not get any better. People were outside in the parking lot smoking and drinking. When we walked into our room the smell was terrible. It was not clean and there were bugs all over the bed, the wall, and the bathroom. We left within 5 minutes of arriving. We reached out to Expedia and the hotel about a refund but did not receive any help. Do not book here.

The hotel is in a rough area of town. Check in us through a window. You can’t walk into hotel. You feel unsafe there.

Needs update

Staff was friendly, really did not have much interaction as it was one night. Check-in was quick. We typically stay in hyatts-this hotel is simply past do on a rehab.

It was super easy to book and check in. However, our room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The carpet felt sticky. We had multiple different vehicles outside our window blaring music for hours each day. They would yell at us if we walked out.

Room was nasty. Comforter had cigarette burns in it. Bed is very low to the ground and not comfortable. Little roaches in there. Shower head has a lot of brown stuff on it. Never again

As soon as I got out of my vehicle and turned my back 3 dogs ran toward me scared me to death. The room was a smoking room that smelled like death. The chairs looked they was in mudslide. The comforters was nasty stains everywhere. The bedskirt looked blood was splashed on. The refrigerator freezer needed to be defrost. The hotel looked as though it housed the homeless. A lot of men hanging out in the parking lot not safe for women. Find another hotel please!!!

Very disappointing. Door seal missing. Door kick plate missing a screw. Wires exposed on light fixtures, very dangerous. Peeling paint above the sink. drains very slow. Mold on shower curtain. No breakfast served. I will not stay there again.

Ice machine was really nice. Pool, lobby and breakfast were closed due to the scamdemic. (Mark of the Beast is here. See Rev. 13:17.) Not sure, but I think the beds were smaller than what I had paid for. Phone cord was totally broken out of the wall jack so it was inoperable. Had to use my phone to call the front desk to order a towel. Was informed I had to come get one because they couldn't leave her position for whatever reason (I guess because there were no other workers?). Bathtub drain hole was broken; propped it open with a broken part to get it to drain. Between 9:00-9:30 p.m., while at the lobby window waiting to talk to the attendant, a guest informed the attendant that a questionable man was knocking on their door saying "maintenance." She told him that "they tried to call them but they didn't answer." All seemed shady and made us feel uncomfortable/unsafe. Entire place was run-down and extremely dirty. Coffee maker made gross watered-down coffee. Only plus was the beds seemed clean (although I only checked one small area on the mattress for bed bugs) and the shower water was a good temperature and decent pressure. Only reason I ordered this place was it had a pool and breakfast and that wasn't available. Only stay here if you are desperate and need a place to lay your head and shower. Bought Burger King across the street for breakfast and swam at another hotel's pool.

Filthy Property

This property was very dirty and unkempt. The first clue should have been the lack of maintenance outside. The grass hadn't been cut, trash around the parking lot. The lobby was "closed due to covid" and no breakfast was served. Then there was the room...the linens in my non-smoking room had cigarette holes in them, there was daylight coming under the full width of the door, the air conditioner had mold growing in it, dead insects in it, and the filter had dirt fall out of it when I opened it. I returned to the office and asked for a clean room and management's response was, "give me your room key and I'll give you your money back."
