Welcome to a 4-star Villa Magic Hill with Pool in Icici near Opatija in the Kvarner region. The modern mansion has 6 bedrooms, an indoor Jacuzzi, fitness equipment, garden, lounge area, bar. The modern vacation home can accommodate up to 12 people.
The 4-star mansion is placed on the picturesque slope overlooking Krk and Cres islands and the city marina. The residential area that surrounds the villa is peaceful. A 3-floor villa boasts balconies and terraces with a mesmerizing sea view.
The interior of the mansion is stylish and bright. The living room has comfortable sofas, a flat TV, air conditioning and has an exit to an ocean view balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and an elegant dining table.
Six bedrooms have double and twin beds. Three bedrooms have balconies with a sea view. Three other bedrooms offer a city view. There are 4 en-suite bathrooms.
An outdoor swimming pool of 21 m2 and an outdoor shower provide refreshment during warm days. The beach chairs and sun umbrellas are at your disposal. Several seating areas are ideal for contemplating while drinking your favorite cocktail.
The spa room features indoor Jacuzzi and fitness equipment, which is an awesome relaxation after a long day at the beach or pool. You can also use the bar with various drinks in the living room. Children can enjoy at the lawn, use PlayStation.
