This villa is located in a small village Veprinac near Opatija. Only 9 km from the villa is the first beach in Icici and 11 km from the villa is the second closest beach in Opatija. The Kvarner region offers numerous beaches and bays where you can enjoy the natural beauty of this area. During your stay in Kvarner, you must visit the historic town of Opatija. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia, whose history dates back to the 19th century, when this town became a destination for aristocrats thanks to the Habsburg dynasty. During your stay in Opatija, you must visit Villa Angiolina, which marks the beginning of tourism in the area. Take a walk through the Park of St. Jacob or Park Angiolina, both built in the 19th century.
