「It is a lovely hotel with all its spa facilities. Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. However, it does not have a central bar area where you can just relax with a drink. I will stay there again next week but I will be looking for another option in the Friesland area.」

「Ich bin schon dreimal dort abgestiegen und habe nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Der Gast entscheidet täglich, ob das Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht werden sollen. Zum Essen im Hotelrestaurant empfiehlt es sich, einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig, um die Umgebung von Leer zu erkunden. Zudem ist das Zentrum von Leer fußläufig erreichbar.」

「Room was cold (not main building). Luckily had an electrical heater in my room. EV charger required a local card and hotel did not know how it worked. Very nicely decorated reception/restaurant area. Restaurant was quite expensive compared to quality and quantity of food. Breakfast was very poor with very limited selection. Person at reception in the morning for check-out was not able to communicate in English. Of course you cannot expect fluency, but a bare minimum should be expected for...
