「Excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé en centre ville et permet de visiter facilement les alentours.Il est très propre et très fonctionnel, on n’y manque de rien.Bons échanges avec Sarah avant notre arrivée qui a su répondre à mes questions.Si nous revenons à St Amand, nous reprendrons le même logement sans hésiter ! 」

「Appartement très très sale (wc, sol, douche, dessous de lit. Il manquait des caches électriques et les radiateurs mal fixés au mur, pas de brosse wc, etc etc la liste est longue. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés à 17h et pas dans la nuit. Nous avons eu le temps de contacter Abritel et de trouver un hôtel.」

「the property was great, spacious, comfortable and very clean. our son moved to Valenciennes from Colorado USA for school and we stayed here to help him get settled. the apartmentis close to everything. the host is wonderful, he helped us with things unrelated to the apartment. we will recommend this apartment to family and friends who come to visit our son, plus we will be back! .set.we」

「Séjour catastrophique, la propreté des logements étaient à désirer. Sol sale, moisissure dans la douche,cheveux et poil dans le lavabo. Quand nous sommes arrivés le logement n'était même pas prêt ,les draps et serviettes des précédents locataires étaient encore là,il y avait un radiateur a même le sol. Sans parler du fait qu'il y avait une autre réservation du logement sur notre réservation à nous.」
