"The accommodation was perfect for what our family needed. The weather was very hot and although the air conditioning was turned on. It definitely wasn’t working. There was no cooling coming from the unit. Thankfully after advising the Stayz team hours after arriving. They provided 2 portable pedestal fans which helped against the heat in the property and which we were able to move to bedrooms overnight to help keep upstairs cooler and bearable. "

"The house it so beautifully presented, there's everything you could possibly need provided already. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to a lot of nearby shops, and a short drive up the road to either the shopping centre or the beach. Highly recommend!"

"Where do I start ??My kids had to sleep on the floor downstairs My poor mum had to sleep on the lounge as the bedrooms were a sauna ...Absolutely horrible experience and to be told to cool down in the river by the owner didn't help when I complained about the inadequate cooling , we couldn't exactly sleep in the river could we ??Honestly I can't believe I had to pay to be so uncomfortable..Owner should be ashamed to let people stay in that hot box .. wereextremely hot "
