For a limited time, new bookings will not be charged a cleaning fee!

This newly remodeled, historic duplex provides a perfect combination of comfort and convenience for guests. Located right off of Main Street while still in a quiet residential area, guests are able to walk to Oneonta's best restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The highway is less than one mile from the house, and can take you to Cooperstown All-Star Village in ten minutes, and Cooperstown Dreams Park in less than 20 minutes. Across the street from the house is a convenience store that can supply guests with any last minute snacks or forgotten items, and an ice cream shop to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Great Location but had Issues!
House had some positive things about it but had some issues. Location was perfect in respect to the All Star Village. The communication with the owner was excellent. There were special touches like the coffee bar and the laundry provisions. However for the price we paid, equivalent to a very nice resort, there were issues. The floor laminate was peeling in the kitchen and upstairs, which was continuously a tripping hazard for older family members, the tub upstairs and the bathroom downstairs did not drain efficiently, the closet room was dusty and the kitchen drawers and cabinets were not clean. We cooked a lot at the house and more of a variety of cookware was needed. Also, as a safety precaution, the railings outside should be extended up the steps on both sides for older guests. Overall the house was comfortable enough. Normally I am not someone who complains but I feel these issues should be addressed for future guests.

Great spot for baseball weekend!
We stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament and it was lovely! Nicely set up from the street and close to downtown. His fields were only 6-8 min drive and downtown Cooperstown was 25 minutes. The house was as advertised and clean and well stocked. The supplies linens and towels were a plus! Jennifer was quick and efficient in talking to. Great place!

Alumni Perfection
This adorable farmhouse style home was a perfect fit for my family of 5. My husband and I both attended SUNY Oneonta and we enjoy going to back to visit the town and school. The house was neat, clean, comfortable and close to everything. We really enjoyed the coffee and tea bar. It was a nice touch! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.

Very pleased with our first VRBO rental!
Location was great, very clean and bed was comfortable! We enjoyed staying at a house as opposed to a hotel that we normally stay at while visiting our daughter at SUNY Oneonta.

Great place in Oneonta
It was a Wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We attended a Hartwick college event so the location was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were excellent. The rockers on the front porch made for a nice way to end our day!

Comfortable, classy & convenient
Super stay at this well located, clean, well decorated and perfectly outfitted house. It was a great place to relax while visiting family in town. Great amenities, easy to get to and from, and the kitchen had everything we needed…and the coffee/tea bar was a wonderful bonus. Jennifer was kind, fast & easy to communicate with…even when I thought my kids had accidentally locked us out. A great option in Oneonta for a short or long stay! Thanks!

Wonderful Host
This home was perfect for a weekend in Oneonta with our daughter who attends college there. The home has everything you would need for a stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The place is spacious and well decorated. Jennifer was an amazing host. She was quick with any questions I had. We will be sure to stay again.

First time drop off at Oneonta
We stayed here when we dropped my son off for his first year at Oneonta. My emotions were all over the place so it was great to have a lovely place to go back to and the host was amazing and very responsive with any questions i had. All star village
We stayed at this property for our baseballl tournament at ASV. The location was great , about a ten minute drive to park. Saw deers behind the property - really cool!! Owner even shared a secret swimming hole 😀 Awesome time!!!
