Resort "L'Allée des Dunes". 50 houses in the residence. 100 apartments in the residence. 3 km from the centre of Ondres, 12 km from the centre of Bayonne, 20 km from the centre of Biarritz, 1.4 km from the sea. For shared use: property 5 ha (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (400 m2, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 29.Aug.). Children's pool, tennis, table tennis, boccia. In the complex: reception, WiFi, table tennis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking. Shop 500 m, supermarket 3 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Surf school 1 km, riding stable 1 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.

Wir sind als Familie hier gewesen und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anlage und der Pool sind schön und direkt vor der Anlage ist ein Spielplatz mit Fußballplatz, Basketball, Skateboard-Rampen und in der direkten Nähe gibt es eine Minigolfanlage und einen Fahrradverleih. Zum Einkaufen gibt es einige Kilometer entfernt in Ondres einen Carrefour City, der bis Mitternacht offen hat. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, nur manchmal musste man recht lange einen Parkplatz suchen. Am Strand gibt es zwei Surfschulen und man kann sich Surfbretter ausleihen. Allerdings waren die Wellen oft zu hoch, so dass Surfen nicht möglich war. Am Strand gab es viele Rettungsschwimmer, die aufgepasst haben. Das WLAN in der Unterkunft war zwar immer vorhanden, aber mit schwankender Qualität. Wir waren aber mit allem zufrieden und würden hier wieder herkommen.

Guter und freundlicher Service

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freunlich und zuvorkommen. Leider war die Wohnung nicht ganz sauber. Allerdings wurde durch den umkomplizierten Wechsel in eine andere Wohnung die Qualität besser. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Si le personnel est tout à fait cordial, accueillant et disponible, le site devient un peu vieillot, avec des zones d'entretien à revoir, tant en terme de propreté, que de sécurité (Cailloux dans la piscine, trace d'usure ou de "sale" sur le liner, nombreuses dalles décelées et dangereuses pour tous, petits et grands, dalles de carrelage cassées et laissés à même le sol, nettoyage des parties communes peu ou non faite (lassitude de fin de saison ?). En points positifs : des gites fonctionnels, simples, efficaces, un site permettant au plus petits de s'amuser, les possibilités de restauration rapide le soir avec le venue de food truck au quotidien.
