「All was good and according to expectations. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel is very, very nice, and cosy. And although we had a not so good experience with the two morning receptionists when we got there, not so helpful towards our demands and a little haughty towards us, their evening and night colleagues realy showed a DIFFERENT attitude and were very nice and super professional. 」

「昨年の春に続き、2度目の宿泊です オリジナルは15世紀だが、現在の建物は17世紀の物 レセプションで中庭を囲んだ元馬小屋か納屋だった建物の2階を紹介された 夫が3日前にパリでぎっくり腰になっていたため、その旨を話して1階に変更してもらった ほぼ満室だったにもかかわらず、希望に沿った部屋に代えていただいた スタッフは常に感じがよく、仕事のスキルが高い 前回泊まったのが、1階だったので、2階の部屋が用意されてたのかも知れない 窓から見えた2階の部屋は太い梁が見えて、昔の城の屋根裏部屋のようで、ワクワクする感じ。 いつか、荷物が少なくて、ぎっくり腰でない時に泊まってみたい」

「Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed.」
