"Had a fantastic bachelor party weekend! Slept 8 very comfortably, AC worked well, kept things nice and chilled for a mid August stay.The backyard was incredibly maintained, the sand on the beach was so soft and the bay the house is nestled on is breathtaking.The neighboring houses share the bay, but the house felt very private. The booking and check in/out communication was incredibly easy and thorough. The amenities were clean upon arrival and everything was in working order. We had a pontoon rental for the Saturday, and had to cut it short due to rain, but it was okay because everyone was so excited to get back to the house and sit on the beach, wade in the water, or relax inside. Would absolutely recommend this rental!"

"Josh was a great host! He greeted us at check in and gave us a walkthrough of the property. When we ran into a minor plumbing issue, he was responsive and immediately addressed the problem. We couldn’t have asked for a more courteous and friendly host.The property itself was excellent for hosting four families with kids ranging from 2 to 13. The kids had plenty of space to play and the adults got some quiet time. Josh also had a selection of toys that the kids thought were great.We all had a lovely weekend and will definitely be thinking of Josh and this property for future get togethers!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Ridge! Our group was very pleased with the little extra touches- extra paper products, an abundance of extra towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc. The property was very clean and in a great area. The beds were very comfortable! We hope to return again sometime!"

"It was good except to many area rugs to trip over. Would of liked easier access to the beach from our townhouse back yard. We didn't realize there was extra towels in the laundry room until we were leaving."

"Beautiful, little place to stay! We had a weekend of vision planning for the upcoming year for our family and it was so nice being right on the lake. We spent so much time in the screened in porch; it was a great set up! The biggest and only downfall was the house wasn’t super clean. It had been tidied up, but for as many vrbo’s that we’ve stayed in, I’ve never paid that much to not have it be pretty spotless upon arrival. There were lots of bugs, hair, and dusty cobwebs in the corners on the floors/ the windows, in picture frames in the bedroom. Some bug guts smeared on the wall. Some of the walls in the kitchen hasn’t been wiped down of handprints/smears."
