Unit Layout
This is a 6-room house with an area of 150 square meters spread across two levels, facing a south-west direction. The house features a beautiful and modern interior design. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room spanning 36 square meters, equipped with a sofa bed (100 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm) and another bedroom with two beds (80 cm wide and 190 cm long). The ground floor also includes an open kitchen with one hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, three gas rings, a microwave, and a freezer, as well as a shower room with a bidet and toilet.
The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features another living/dining room spanning 36 square meters, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, leading to a balcony. There is a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm) and another bedroom with two beds (80 cm wide and 190 cm long). The upper floor also has an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower room with a bidet and toilet.
