"It was unplanned stay for us on our route to Mitspe Ramon, because of the road closures due the flash flooding. We made booking not knowing what to expect, but the place was really good. "The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. "

Our first night, it was left out at room temperature instead of being placed in the refrigerator so it was not something we could consider safe. The second night, the manager asked when we wanted breakfast and promised delivery by 7am since that was when we had to leave. The breakfast never arrived.
