"Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."

For ex. we had to make our own beds, and a bed sheet was torn/ripped, and we needed to clean up after ourselves to avoid a cleaning charge, which I didn't like on a vacation. "We spent some lovely days in Saudon. A quiet little hamlet. Warm welcome by Jean-Pierre and a good talk about what to do in the area. A car is a must to get around. We had hoped to be able to walk to the nearest town, but the main road is too busy. Regardig the house: You need to pass by the owners home to get to the pool. The view from the pool is great. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we can highly recommend this place. :-) "

"Upon our arrival, the apartment was quite clean and in great condition. It is on the top floor, so it has some ‘angles’, but is bright, open and spacious. Our family of four were quite comfortable in the apartment for our nine day stay.
