The housekeeping part could be a lot better. The bedding and everything wasn't perfect, if it wasn't a pillow it was a blanket or bed sheet that had a stain here and there. The property itself was WOW, looks super good outside and the lobby area was nice, very comforting. The rooms were decent size too, but the stuff on the bed could have been better.

This is a new hotel in a good area as far as lots of choices for dining and shopping for the basics. Stopped here as part of a multi day motorcycle ride and it was perfect.

After I already paid for the room and everything when I went to check in they wanted to charge me $350.00 because I lived in the same county. I couldn't even stay with my sister when when she came for her visit.

The young man at the front desk was very pleasant when I checked in -- asked if it was my first visit with them and took a few moments to make sure I knew where everything was on the first floor. I did not check in remotely because why I was in town was a required field. I don't think I should have to disclose that.

Room doors slam shut

This is a nice hotel, but here is a big downside, the room doors make so much noise when they close! I try and close the door gently but most people just let them close by themselves, and they slam. You really need to fix that!

Clean, Comfy Hotel

Nice Hotel. Our room was big; bed and pillows comfy; hot, full breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Good value for the money.

I would have given staff a 5 however there is one employee there that works in the kitchen for breakfast that was rude to us at one point. Every single staff member there is great except the one kitchen guy with light brown/blonde hair. He got really mouthy with my husband at one point on our trip when they ran out of a food item and my husband was irritated and the guy responded in a very unprofessional way, other than that the place is great

Ran out of breakfast by 8:00 am on Friday morning. Could not use the hot tub. Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean.

Very nice basic hotel and great staff. The breakfast included both cold and hot (eggs, sausage, pancakes) items. My friend left her ring and earrings in the room and they had already contacted us before we phoned them!

I enjoyed my stay there. My room was nice. It was quiet. They had a great continental breakfast in the morning which was one of my reasons why I chose them. And I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening.

Clean and comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a little to powerful, which is the opposite of what I normally experience in a hotel shower. But there was no way to control the amount of water or to adjust the spray. Other than that, the room was clean and was everything we needed for our trip.
