  • This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, clean and updated home in a safe Millard neighborhood, sits across the street from a park, near 144th and L street. Downtown Omaha is just 20 minutes away ! Living room and kitchen, with dining table, are on the main level. The 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom are upstairs. The finished basement is furnished too, and that is where the 2nd full bathroom is. A sliding back door from the kitchen leads out to 3 steps, and down to a patio and a full grassy yard. The 2 car garage is available to park in. This home Is close to several eateries and shopping. A nice walking path is nearby, and so is Zorinsky Lake.

Wonderful very clean beautiful home. Perfect location for us in a great neighborhood. Check in and check out process was fast and easy. Keurig was great for our morning coffee! A Would happily stay again!

Super convenient location. Nice owners!

We stayed for work in town, thw house is perfectly located near shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhoods are quiet and safe.

The house was amazing with plenty of space for us to spread out and everything was clean & organized! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners and enjoy each other's company! The park across the street was great for us to allow the kiddos to burn off energy and the back patio was great for us adults to be able to catch up! We were so thankful to have such a great place to stay! It was close to all the things we needed! Main reason for the trip was to go to the zoo and it was great that it was only about a 20 min drive! Thank you so much to Janet&Jeff for such a great space for us to get together!

Lovely weekend trip

Great property for a weekend trip with the kids. No complaints; lots of linens available, and loved that there was a porta crib and high chair on site. Just to note for other folks, the three bedrooms are all right next to each other, so getting kids down in shifts can be tricky.

Great Location

House is located near shopping in a neighborhood with lots of walking trails. There is a small park across the street and is a few blocks from a large park (Walnut Grove). This house is a little dated, but was clean and in good shape.

Very Responsive Host

The host was quick to respond with any needs we had. Nice, safe location but it is close to a major road so there was a lot of vehicle noise through the night. Fridge, toilet, and floors could have been more thoroughly cleaned but host offered to come clean during our stay and stated they would reevaluate their current cleaner. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

It is what you expect for the price. The owners are very good to get on the phone and they take actions very fast if needed. The house is old and used, it needs a renovation. The water pipes make funny noises at night, we had ants in the kitchen. The door lock, with two different electronic locks, is a not a good solution. It is clean. In total 3/5 stars, not terrible but also not good.

The property owners were friendly and efficient, very communicative and fast at reply. Check in and out was simple and easy. The house was gorgeous and clean. Made me feel a bit like I stepped back to the 80s which brought in some nostalgia for me personally. The back patio coverage was also a wonderful surprise! 10/10 would stay again.
