Nice house. Bare necessities in kitchen so had to go purchase cookware to be able to make dinners...but overall enjoyable stay. Would rent again. 1 suggestion - give some sort of curtain option on front door....a bit creepy everyone can look in and see almost entire top floor

We got into Omaha and had plans before making our way to the house. We finally arrived around 12:30 and couldn’t get in. I got in touch with the host and we finally got in. Upon first look at the house it was great. It was very clean upstairs and a very welcoming space. However, on the listing it had stated there was 2 King beds in one room and 2 queen beds in the other, but there was only 1 bed in each room. The main bedroom had exposed wires. It also stated there was a washer/dryer but there was not. We decided to look downstairs at the theater and upon opening the door we were hit with what smelled musty/moldy/ammonia. That is where we were to have a couple of ladies stay and they couldn’t do that. We had to take the couch cushions upstairs to use a makeshift bed. We didn’t get to spend any time down there. Saturday, we did some shopping and had dinner plans at 5:45 which ended up having to be pushed back because once again we had gotten locked out with unclear instructions on the door lock and this time the host had to physically come and unlock the door for us. Upon our departure, when putting the cushions back, we noticed mold all inside the closet. I will say, the host was very friendly and helpful, however we will not stay here again and we do not recommend until the basement problems are resolved.
