  • This nice, clean, updated home is located on a quiet street in southwest Omaha.
    A safe neighborhood! The I-80 / Harrison St.. exit is super close. Onsite inground swimming pool, patio area and yard too. The swimming pool season dates in 2026 are May 22 thru Sept 30, and likely until Oct. 19 if weather permits !
    There is a $75 extra service fee for each occurrence that guests request to turning on the pool heater. Only the host can operate the pool heater. Hosts will collect that fee during the guests stay, if pool heater is requested.
    Guests will sign pool waivers at time of arrival.
    Inside is two spacious family rooms, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and 2.5 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. each with its own T.V. A couch in the upper family room is a fold out sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked with several extra amenities, to help with your home cooking. The garage is not available for the guests.
    . Grocery store, pubs, restaurants, Werner Ball Field, Chalco lake are all close by.

Above and Beyond expectations. By far the best rental I have had on our trips Highly recommend. We were met at the home given a tour what's where, then contact for questions or concerns while staying. Home is beautiful well furnished Pool nice and clean and plenty of chairs and areas to relax around the pool when not enjoying the pool itself. My family had a great time, my nieces were ready to move in.

Overall it was a good stay the check in process was a little much requiring the managing company to meet us there for check in. Also the slide was leaking the first day when the manager was and ended up not being able to use it in that Saturday. That was one of the main reasons we booked the house.

Trip to Omaha

This was a great location and property for our family of four while visiting Omaha. Close to the interstate, not bad drive to local attractions, and plenty of dining and shopping nearby.

Host was very accommodating for check in, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even had coffee stocked which we appreciated! Pool was very clean, bedrooms were spacious and had extra linens, bathrooms were also very clean. Overall a great stay!
