"Breakfast was heated in the microwave and was subpar. There was a homeless man in the front lobby for 2 of the 4 days we stayed, and he and the front desk receptionist were arguing. Beds were queen size but felt somewhat smaller. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and when the restroom was used it smelled for quite some time, also when showering the bathroom turned into a sauna... not good. But otherwise if looking for an extremely budget friendly hotel in a good part of town, its a go to."

"The hotel staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly, and the courtesy van drivers around Omaha to help us enjoy the city were top notch. To call this a waterpark though is a huge stretch. While the pool was useful, having one slide to go down does not a waterpark make. One simple suggestion for the pool area, is to have/create cubbies for families to put their shoes/towels/extra's into while using the pool. This simple act would open up more chairs for guests watching their kids, but not being in the water, to have a place to sit. Also, enforcement of the age restrictions to the hot tub would be nice. I couldn't believe the amount of <5 year old's being held in the hot tub, which was definitely on the hot side. All in all, your kids will have a great time, and the staff will ensure you do too."
