Cheryl was very responsive. The home was very clean, decor was nice, beds were comfortable and location was easily walkable to Blackstone area restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend Cheryl’s property.

Charming and comfortable

This house was great for our family to reconnect. We had everything we needed to fix dinner in and it had nice outdoor space in front and back to enjoy the weather. Very nicely decorated as well as being comfortable.

Omaha trip

This was a great stay in a great location about 10 minutes away from most of what we wanted to do. Cheryl was great, and check in was easy. The stairs are very creaky and a bit slick, but it is a historical home so it is to be expected. The neighbors were friendly, but there were other people often roaming the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Close to Creighton

House was cute, comfortable and well appointed. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with. House was close to Creighton and easy for our family to get to graduation festivities. Unfortunately the house is in a neighborhood that seems to be in transition and we were very aware of making sure the house and our cars were always locked. Make sure you pull the front door all the way to the frame to make sure the lock catches.

Beautiful Big Home

Great house with 4 bedrooms and a spare pull out in the basement. Beautiful old turn of the century with tons of space and in great shape. One of the neighbors is a bit much and the rest are fairly quiet, but that is just sort of how this part of Omaha is. Close to blackstone which was great. Host was responsive and check in/out was a piece of cake.

Green house for the win!

Pleasant stay for our family’s stay in Omaha for my son’s volleyball tournament! The neighbors on one side were the BEST! Never heard a peep from the other side. The house met most of our needs and was well stocked! The VRBO listing mentioned a hot tub. We never found a hot tub?

Omaha Stay

Place was clean. Nice soft towels. Nice that 2nd floor had bathroom where the bedrooms were. I would add a television in the basement with a large sectional. It would be a great gathering space. The firepit was great, but the neighbors have an outdoor light that lights up the entire backyard. The place was great for a large group. Our stay in Omaha was really great. Is super close to the Midtown commons area and The Joslyn castle. We walked to the castle! 4 Blocks. Downtown is close too! Overall the stay was really nice!

Charming & Convenient

Perfect home for our family as we travelled for our youngest daughter's graduation from Creighton. Convenient, comfortable with added historic charm! Loved the fact we could easily walk to restaurants and the neighborhood Farmer Market. Cheryl was terrific at communicating when first reserving her home and very responsive throughout check in and our stay. Home was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Girls’ Getaway

We had the best time relaxing on the front porch, especially during the morning hours! We appreciated the beautiful decor as well as having bathrooms on each floor, complementary coffee, and prompt communication from the owner. The location was a huge plus as we were in close proximity to the Blackstone District!

Beautiful

The home was beautiful and well stocked. The neighbors we met were all very friendly. We used the fire pit in the backyard one night which was lovely and the front porch every morning. The home is historic, which was one of the draws for us, but because of this, the floors are quite noisy so if you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, highly recommend!

Nice house in a convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is older but it is nicely updated and very clean. I thought the beds were reasonably comfortable as well. The kitchen is modest but perfectly functional. The host was friendly and communicated very well, and the check out process was very streamlined. The only minor downside is that you and really only fit one car in the driveway, if you come with a group. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Just what we were looking for…

We were in town for our daughters graduation from Creighton University. This house was exactly what we were hoping for. Very close to the house our daughter was living in, a couple blocks from the Blackstone district, comfortable beds, a full kitchen, super nice bathrooms, and we were able to chill at the house with another family during downtime between the various graduation events. I highly recommend this property.

Charming home near downtown

Midtown Home

This house was a very cute place! It was well stocked with the basics and had the old fashioned charm that we love in a home away from home. The neighbors to the left never bothered us, but had lots of foot traffic as a rental. Lots of loitering in the yard, smoking on the porch, and walking around the neighborhood. We didn’t feel threatened by them, but it also made us want to stay inside while we were home. The beds were very comfortable, and our kids enjoyed the basement area. Lots of detail put into furnishings, and everything was of good quality. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and its central location made it easy to access most of our stops in Omaha!
