"This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. The onsen experience was very pleasant. The traditional breakfast was flavorful and so were the welcome snacks. Definitely a valuable experience for those visiting the area."

"Hotel Route Inn Omagari was spotless, good breakfast and very nice hot baths. We have always had a good experience with these hotels. Small rooms but very adequate. "

"the location is great for what it is, right next to the train station and japanese style room is good."

"We had a pleasant stay at Omagari Empire Hotel. The hotel may be slightly old-fashioned, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Omagari Station, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which made our stay very convenient. The staff were polite, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the good service and hospitality. "Beautiful space - elegant, simple, comfortable, best dinner I’ve had on this trip. "

"The hotel is right at the station, which made it incredibly convenient. It’s an unmanned hotel with check-in handled through a machine, but the staff I interacted with were very polite. My room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and fresh towels were available daily on request. There’s also a lounge area with vending machines, free tea and ice, plus extra toiletries if you need them."

"I was travelling with a rental car. You can find different kind of restaurant near by. The staff and the hotel was valve for money. "

"This property was incredible from the staff to the food! Very zen and relaxing, gorgeous surroundings ! Food was Michelin star quality."

"Amazing Onsen! Room was great and staff were nice!"

"Facilities are very clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. It’s a good place to meet other travelers and the common space in the dormitory is spacious and welcoming."

"This establishment has just opened in the town of Ugo. It is an exceptional, well-maintained place with an incredible team! Reno is an extraordinary host who took the time to explain every dish we ate... the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Japan. The region is fascinating—little-known but rich in culture! Don't hesitate to discover this hotel!"
