"We usually come for birthday and anniversary but this time was the worst our jacuzzi didn’t work and when we called front desk they said we had to wait til morning for maintenance I said we’re leaving tom no need then the bed we laid on it and it was on an slant after looking we found two wheels were off just laying there. Then the maintenance comes at 8am opens our door and turns on light we said come back after check out and he left our light on The main hot tub was disgusting the dinner was terrible needs updating and staff "

"Ate dinner at Rustic sat at bar. There were 2 bartenders. Only about 8 customers in the whole place. Had to send salad back after waiting a very long time for either of them to look our way. They grabbed the salad and never offered us another one. We ate our meals and were hoping to order a second drink but again they just wouldn't look our way. Never checked on us until our plates were empty and we were in disbelief that then someone said how ya doin here? We had been on a 51 night road trip. This was the worst service we'd experienced anywhere! Again this is a small bar with 2 bartenders. One of them told us it was her birthday. Maybe that was the reason?"

"Beautiful historic classic train station that harkens back to early days of travel. "

"They say all pets welcome on Expedia but when I got there they said they don't allow cats. The manager did make an exception since I was staying only one night, but for others just know that Expedia got that part wrong. "
