"We enjoyed our stay at this neat and clean property. The heating worked perfectly, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for our group of four. However, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable—my 12-year-old actually preferred sleeping on the floor on cushions instead of the mattress. We also had a jarring wake-up call when a staff member knocked loudly on our door; upon seeing my wife, she simply said 'wrong room' without much of an apology. Lastly, while we understand wanting to keep linens nice, the multiple signs threatening charges for stained towels and sheets felt a bit excessive and unwelcoming."

"The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was nice, and the bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel bed. We were assigned to a connecting room (which we didn't request), and the other room had small children, making it a bit noisy. We also heard quite a bit of noise in the hallways during the day, but it was relatively quiet at night. The hot tub and pool area were enjoyable, and we appreciated the after-hours, adult-only time from 10 to 12. The highlight for us was the variety of breakfast extras, including pastries, donuts, granola bars, and more. They also offered a free all-day snack table with water bottles. It’s the little things like that which make a hotel stand out, and they definitely did! We would definitely stay here again."

"Spacious and clean rooms with beautiful water view of the strait of Juan de Fuca and Mt.Baker in the distance. Great home-base for exploring the Olympic national parks, less than a six minute drive to the visitor center. We extended our stay two nights to accommodate an injury. Very close to the Olympic Medical Center and surrounded by lots of local eateries, within walking distances. Family enjoyed walking to the Wharf for New Zealand style ice cream at Welly’s every night. We did not use restaurant or hot tub. Pool remained closed for the season. "
