"We stayed in the Premium Oceanfront Studio with one king bed. The highlight was the incredible location—an oceanfront view with easy beach access. A convenient outdoor faucet near the building made rinsing sand off our feet before entering the room easy.
The studio was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and more. The king bed was comfortable, the pull-down blackout shade worked very well, and the table included two built-in USB charging ports.
This is a great place for a technology-free getaway. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the signal near the office was weak, but it encourages you to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings.
The beach is excellent for walking, kiting, and low-wave surfing. Check tide times before heading out. The area is also incredible for stargazing—under Bortle 2 skies, the Milky Way is easily visible to the naked eye. Bring a telescope or blanket and enjoy the night sky.
The main drawback is that the property feels dated and needs maintenance. We noticed visible cracks, worn framing, mineral buildup affecting faucets, unevenly hung wall décor, limited heater controls, difficult-to-access outlets near the bed, and thin walls.
Overall, the location, ocean views, spacious room, and unique natural surroundings made the stay worthwhile. Guests should expect a rustic, older property rather than a modern resort. Bring sandals for beach walks, watch the tides, and don’t forget stargazing gear!"
