I liked the location as I had meetings at the Dept. of Commerce ( about a block away). My other meetings were up on the hill which was a nice walk also. The building seems rather old but well kept. The exercise room could be larger with better equipment and have the TV working. Everything in my room was working. Good quick access to I-5 and easy parking and not in a congested area.

Not even a 2 star
Area is creepy at night, though well lit. Had to be let into laundry facility since apparently clothes get stolen. Old beat up place. Tub backed up with water when attempted to shower. Opted to skip shower. Comparable to older motel 6 or 8! Not a 3 or 2.5 star.

This property was safe, clean, VERY comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had a truly restful night sleep. I stay in many hotels and this is a hotel I would definitely stay in again.

Place to rest your head
Just an okay place to sleep for five days. Mediocre breakfast rotates every other day (sausage vs biscuits & gravy). Fitness center was a treadmill in a tiny room. Staff was friendly though. Walking distance to downtown. Felt safe.

I liked that it wasnt too out of the way. Staff were awesome. The beds were comfortable. The downside of the room was the height of the showerhead. I had to bend down to wash my head, neck, and shoulders.

Comfortable bed and nice breakfast. The walls here are very thin. Luckily the folks around me turned their TVs off around 11pm so I was able to sleep. If it were not for the noise issue I would stay again. Staff was lovely.

Mid-level hotel five minutes from Capitol complex
Mid-level hotel. Rooms are decent, although the hallway access feels a bit rundown. Staff very friendly. If you have business at the Capitol, this is a great choice! Less than 5 min to get there and the rate is way better than the hotels along Capitol Way. I stay here annually.

Nearly Perfect Stay
Got in late. Easy location to find. Near the freeway. I liked that all the rooms are ground level. Front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating, in spite of the late hour of my arrival. She quickly and efficiently got me checked into a room just a short walk from the front desk. This made it easy to grab my bags and get them to my room without much physical effort...I think she could see I was very tired. In the morning the motel served a well-rounded Continental breakfast. So I was find plenty of good choices of food. The AM clerks and helpers were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the mattress: too firm, too hard for me. I had a bit of difficulty getting a comfortable sleep...in spite of how tired I was. Mine may be a unique situation, as I require a much softer mattress than other people.

Close to Legislative And Government Offices. Friendly staff. Concern about security due to occasional questionable characters showing up in the parking area but they seem to be responsive using video. Parking areas poorly landscaped and lacking signage to I’d hotel etc

Did not look too promising from the outside but inside was a different story. Staff was very friendly and were were clean. Beds were very comfortable and had ample pillows. Highly recommend.

The chips on the floor upon arrival appeared as though the room wasn’t cleaned well. Poor customer service!! Overnight front desk employee, was extremely rude. She seemed irritated that I asked about a vending machine (there isn’t one). The following morning I asked for the WiFi password which she mumbled at me, never looking up. I doubt I’ll stay at this location again.

They have clean rooms and soft beds. There continental breakfast was average. The staff are rude to people. They all just seem uninterested in being there. There's also a lot of homeless people that hang out there and panhandle. My brother got kicked in the leg by one of the drug addicts hanging outside the lobby.

Staff was friendly. Beds are super comfortable and soft. Breakfast was great for a continental. Had eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, pastries, yogurt, juice and cereal. Will stay an additional night.
