"The hotel is falling apart. Tire flooring needs repair and open sewer in front of the hotel lobby. It’s not as good when stayed here 3 years ago. "

"Our room on the bottom floor had open gaps around the front door, and you could see through the open gap. We were concerned about insects coming into the room. Our shower water flooded into the bathroom because the weather stripping around the shower door needed repairing which housekeeping took care of it. "

"The property had just opened which influences all of our experiences. They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors. Staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating."

"Staff talking bad about my family when visiting, not being able to fix the room light , ac is not working properly, breakfast is very limited options compared to what they charged. Not very friendly staff"

"The rooms are awesome. Great air-conditioner. Love the kitchen, Puregold grocery store is nearby. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the swimming pool have insects floating but they were cleaning at the same time. "
