次世代型宿泊施設

新しく清潔、シンプル。アパート街にあり、ちょっとわかりにくいです。旧市街と駅との間にあり（双方から10分）、静かですがレストランは中華料理屋しかありません。スーパーはあり、自炊はできます。朝食は1Fロビーで自分で調達する（無料）。セルフサービスとちょっと違う。次世代型の宿泊施設であり、ある意味感激しました。旅慣れた方にお勧め。

Hôtel à garder dans son répertoire.

Hôtel type appart : tout près de la gare, mais très bien isolé. Les chambres spacieuses, propre, j'ai aimé la déco moderne. Le seul inconfort, si les lits séparés, elles ne feront plus que 80 cm de large (c'est un peu juste). La salle des petits déjeuners top et belle. Le personnel très sympathique. Et si vous avez envie d'un massage, profitez en et réservez à l'accueil.

Hôtel très moderne

Il faut adhérer au concept do it yourself, moyennant quoi l expérience est positive. Il vaut quand même mieux ne pas avoir besoin du personnel car ils ne sont pas facilement joignables (malgré notre demande confirmée d une chambre twin nous avons eu une chambre double).

Hôtel très propre mais nous avons dû demander que l’aspirateur soit passé au bout de quelques jours ainsi que le gel douche remis à niveau. Hôtel sans réception permanente mais très sécurisé. Les mangers sont très agréables et disponibles.

Die Zimmer sind gut, mit kleiner Küchezeile. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel aber kostenpflichtig und nicht ausreichend. An der Straße findet man kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Rezeption ist nur bis Mittag besetzt, wenn man später ankommt braucht man eine App um Zugang zum Hotel bzw. Hotelzimmer zu bekommen. Bei mir hat es nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem ist alles in Ordnung und ich würde wieder einchecken

Beautiful modern hotel in a quiet location.

Great little hotel with a beautiful art neuveu feel. Everything was extremely comfortable, and one of the best check-in systems I've seen. Breakfast was good, even while dealing with Covid restrictions. Overall a wonderful 2 night stay. The perfect amount to see Olomouc. Great stay in Olomouc

Great, comfortable hotel about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Olomouc. Rooms are well designed and well equipped with a kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge etc. The self service breakfast is plentiful. Would stay again.

The hotel is new compared with those in the city centre. It was so hot during my stay (~33C). Many hotels in the city centre don't have air-conditioning but I am glad that this is not an issue in this hotel. The staff are very helpful.

Nowoczesny, wygodny hotel zlokalizowany blisko dworca, 25 min. spacerem od Starego Miasta lub 2 przystanki tramwajem. Cichy, komfortowy i perfekcyjnie czysty. Bardzo miły gospodarz i smaczne śniadania. Polecam!

A lovely stay in a great hotel, which has a fab location. Two point which could be improved - firstly, the beds are very narrow, and secondly, the breakfast was very simple and could have included more choice.

Super hôtel à recommander

Super hôtel, moderne et très bien pensé et de très bon goût. Excellent rapport qualité / prix et très bien situé, à 2,5 kms du centre et proche de restaurants, bien qu’il y ait aussi une kitchenette dans la chambre.

Great location if traveling by train or car. The rooms were very comfortable. It was very quiet. My daughter enjoyed the playground in the backyard after the complimentary breakfast. Quick drive or tram into the downtown. Of note: This is a self-service hotel -- but Expedia does not provide the instructions. To get into the hotel and your room, you will need to download a phone app. For parking, you may need to get a key from the lobby to unlock the posts that block the spots when they are empty (unless the post is already down in an empty spot). Some instructions are on the hotel's website, as well as an email address for more information. There is a phone number on the entry door if you arrive and are unable to enter. Also of note: We had two rooms: one room had a safe (where we stored our passports), the other did not. We stayed for 4 days, and there appeared to be a manager in the building every morning during breakfast. Some evenings a manager was on duty, and other evenings did not. All managers were very friendly and helpful. It was a modern, clean, safe, very comfortable, and affordable hotel with air conditioning and breakfast.

The concept of the hotel is great. The rooms me the common areas are very nice. Quite close to the center in walking distance. We are very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk (with heavy suitcase) from the main railway station in a quiet residential area. It is easy to either walk into town or use public transport. Hotel personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome. It is very important that one contacts the hotel in advance and advises arrival time since reception is not always manned and it may be necessary to download an app onto a mobile phone to gain access.

Würde hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Moderne Unterkunft, Design gelungen, doch völlig anonym, komplizierte Weise, einen virtuellen Schlüssel mit dem Herunterladen einer speziellen App im voraus zu erhalten, keine Ansprechperson bei der Ankunft vorhanden, unangenehm unpersönlich, Personen ohne Smartphone sind aufgeschmissen, Smartphone ohne Batterie verunmöglicht Zutritt zum Hotel, Konzept hinter diesem Hotelprojekt ist mir schleierhaft. Umgebung sehr unattraktiv.

Dear Rene, thank you for your review. Yes, ist true, we are the hotel with the self-service system. And it's also true, that the best way for self-service check-in is through the Just InMobile mobile app. But even the guests without a phone can be accommodated without any problems. Outside reception opening hours, we can provide guests with a remote service call by the helpline phone. Then guests use a standard chip card to open the door.

Super modern hotel but with all your home comforts

Very modern hotel, using smart technology for door entry, (Although card entry was available if preferred) and in fact the whole place seemed brand new. Great facilities and only a 5 minute walk from bus and train station. Town centre is around a 20-25 minute walk and we also loved the town itself, the beauty of Prague but without the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

Удобно и экономично!

Прекрасный отель в хорошем месте.Напротив супермаркет Альберт,что также удобно.Все номера оформлены в виде студии с кухней.Входа два- центральный ,также можно подняться в номер по внешней лестнице. В отеле нет круглосуточной стойки регистрации,чтобы вам открыли дверь,необходимо списываться с отелем заранее.Многие снимают эти студии на пол года и дольше.

Fantástico hotel

Hotel nuevo con una habitación cómoda con facilidades de uso. Cuenta con una pequeña cocina y utensilios en perfecto estado para cocinar (incluso con plancha eléctrica). Tiene la opción de conseguir previamente el número de habitación y utilizar el móvil como llave para acceder al hotel y la habitación, por medio de la app JustIn, pero, para móviles no checos, recomiendo su descarga y registro antes de llegar a Chequia. Yo no pude registrar esta app estando en Praga y, por tanto, no pude utilizarla. El hotel está a 7 minutos de la estación de tren y a unos 20-25 minutos andando hasta el Centro. Hay una parada de tranvía a 2 minutos del hotel que lleva al centro. The Hotel is new and very comfortable. Inside your room, a little kitchen is at you disposal with provided tableware. Near the main train station and a 20-25 minutes stroll to the downtown. A tram stop is very near from de hotel to get the center. With the JustIn app you can get your room number in advance and use you mobile as a key for the hotel's entrance and room, but, for non-zcech mobiles, as a piece of advise, I recommed to download and register the app before your arrival to the Czech Rep.

Brand new hotel close to the train station

Hotel opened just months ago. Modern app-based system, yet entry worked also for old school travelers. Very clean. Fast and good wifi coverage. Self-serve breakfast (basic items, yet sufficient). Well equipped room. Very helpful staff, when I left my charger there, they sent it to me (without making me feel like a forgetful idiot). I am certainly coming back.

Świetny hotel

Wspaniały hotel z bardzo miłą obsługą. Świetna lokalizacja, ok. 300 metrów od dworca kolejowego i około kilometra od starego miasta.
