En general bien es un hotel pequeño para pasar el rato y hacer la parada para tomar el tren, el servicio de la recepcionista muy malo, mal trato fuera de eso muy bien.

O hotel tem quartos confortáveis e com vista para as ruinas de Ollantaytambo. Infelizmente, não teve café da manhã no dia que saímos para Machu Pichu, mas recebemos US10,00 de desconto pelo inconveniente. Gastamos 12min caminhando do hotel até a estação do trem.

Good clean hotel with lovely staff. Only negative is there is no heater in the rooms for the cold weather. But overall would recommend and stay again.

Adequate but could be cleaner

Location was great, staff was nice and responsive, and the gardens were beautiful. Unfortunately the bedding seemed dirty and stained, and the toilet was leaking which attracted some pests... luckily the man at reception was able to quickly move us to a new room when we notified him of the issue.
