The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. "Alles in allen eine schöne große gemütliche Wohnung, Wohnung und Gelände drumherum sehr sauber. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß gelaufen ist ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Auch abends ist es sehr ruhig obwohl es an einer bundesstraße liegt aber da ist in der Nacht nicht viel los"

"Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage hier. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, super zu erreichen und zuvorkommend. Die kleine Wohnung war sauber und mit den wichtigsten Grundlagen gemütlich ausgestattet."

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Wir waren zur Weihnachtszeit dort, die Verwandtschaft besuchen und konnten uns trotzdem gut erholen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist eine ruhige und schöne Gegend, direkt am See. Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten z.b. spontan einen Tag verlängern. Jederzeit wieder."

"Wir hatten zwei Ferienwohnungen gebucht, leider passte es mit der anderen gar nicht und wir haben statt zu dritt kurzfristig zu 7 eingecheckt. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 6 Personen nutzbar. Für 4 ist sie optimal. Der Vermieter machte uns kurzfristig das 6 Bett nutzbar und mit etwas umräumen und einem Gästeluftbett hatten wir die 7 Schlafplätze. "Excellent house and location. Very helpful property manager and a great breakfast is also available. My next visit to Silesia will definitely be here!"

"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"

"Hotel je velice zastaralý. Před 20 lety byl učitě fajn, ale nyní to je špatné. Jídlo v restauraci málo teplé, než donesete ke stolu, je studené. K večeři si nelze objednat pití. Naprosto nevyhovující časy podávání jídel. Snídaně až od 8 hodin. Horší je to u večeří, ty jsou jen 17-19h. V zimě by to bylo OK, když je v 16h tma, ale v letní sezoně? Také by bylo fajn, kdyby přišel email, že v den příjezdu je večeře jen do 19h. My přijeli v 18.30h a recepční mne ani neupozornila, že se máme jít nejdříve najíst a až pak na pokoje. Recepční ani servírky něchtěly mluvit anglicky, jenže já polsky 100% nerozumím. Ani mi neřekla, že mají boční vchod do patra mínus 1, odkud jede výtah. Takže jsme museli všechny kufry a tašky vytáhnout po 20 schodech z recepce do patra "0" k výtahu. Až večer jsme si to sami zjistili. Základní informace měli vytištěné v češtině. Měli jsme 3 pokoje a dali nám je ve dvou patrech a upravit to nešlo. Noční stolky drží silou vůle. Matrace proleželé. Zárubně našich dveří sotva drží u zdi. Úklid v sobotu neprobíhal, i když na webu je psáno, že je úklid denně. Ohledně bazénu by bylo dobré, od kolika do kolika hodin probíhá plavecký trénink dětí, aby se tomu hoteloví hosté vyhnuli. Lokalita je hezká, výhled z horní terasy také."

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
