"We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. We visited in the middle of winter with plenty of snow, and the property was absolutely beautiful! The driveway was plowed, access was easy, and the house stayed warm and cozy the entire time.The extra pillows and blankets were such a thoughtful touch, and the beds were honestly the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a vacation rental, that alone made a huge difference in our stay. Everything was very clean and clearly well cared for.Communication was great from start to finish, and we really appreciated all the extra information about the area and local activities.We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay!"

"This place was so great! We came here because there was a pool and we wanted to take our kids (5yrs & 7) on a snowmobile trip. We were so unbelievably impressed with the staff. The hotel was clean, welcoming environment, coffee/tea and hot chocolate when you come in, great breakfast, everything so clean and organized and again, the staff was SO KIND. My kids left some stuff, one was a very important stuffy and Jonna spent over and hour tracking it down, calling house keeping at home asking if they saw it, just another example of how amazing they are, she was great our entire stay. I could go on longer, but you get the picture. Staff gets a 20 out of 10 easily! "

"This is the cleanest, most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed in! It was like being welcome at a dear friend’s home where you need to ask for nothing as it’s so thoughtfully ready for you. All of the essentials were there and much more. Heidi even left us with home made french crepes for breakfast, sourdough choco-chip cookies and fresh cream for the great coffee provided! Our table was set for breakfast and the house was decorated for Christmas, even a & mistletoe! We had a white Christmas and hiked up and down the frozen beach with our doggie loving it. We even trudged thru snow in the porkies and on trails along spectacular icy waterfalls. Thank you, Ivan and thank you, Heidi, for a most memorable Christmas for all our family. We hope to return again for more of your hospitality and the beauty of Lake Superior and the UP of Michigan!"
