「Kind staff. Very helpful with top tips and the location was great. On the last day it rained so we were allowed a later check out as we travelled with our young daughter. The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong」

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigeren Seitengasse der schönen Altstadt. Hinweis: man kann mit dem Auto oder Taxi nicht ans Hotel fahren. Daher vorher prüfen, an welcher Stelle man aussteigt.」

「Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! 「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is truly ideal: centrally located in the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience.」

「Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und großzügig geschnitten – viel Platz und hohe Decken sorgten für ein angenehmes Wohngefühl. Trotz Fenster nur an der vorderen Front war es überraschend hell. Die tägliche Reinigung und das bereitgestellte Wasser im Zimmer waren ein schöner Service. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage nahe der Altstadt – zentral und dennoch ruhig. 「This property has a quaint charm. Located centrally, close to the old town. It is clean and well presented. The only minor beef was that the mezzanine had a low roof and the bed there is a bit on the hard side for my liking. That said I liked the property and would use it again.」

「Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. 」
