I booked in hotel I called the owner next day for the refund there was no manners at all the person who answered me closed the line on my face"

"My friends and I had a great stay at this property. It has an excellent location in the middle of Old Town Freiburg and near several museums. It is small, but for 3 people it worked out just fine. The only issue we had was with WiFi, which was slow our first night and useless our second night. Otherwise, everything worked well, and we enjoyed our visit."
