"The area had been hit hard by an ice storm recently. We appreciated that Jay had the place all cleared of branches and limbs. We didn't use the upstairs bedrooms so can't comment on those, but the master bedroom downstairs had a very comfortable bed. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area was well supplied. Very dog friendly with large fenced back yard. Host Jay was easy to contact and replied quickly. We stayed a week and enjoyed visits to the Shiloh Battlefield National Park and the Pickwick State Park. Thank you Jay for your hospitality. "

"The hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. The home has an artisan coffee bar with at least 4 ways to make coffee and all the fixens for s'mores. ( see pictures )The host also provides snacks. There was a small bundle of wood provided for us to make a fire at the pit. The rooms are big. The living room was nice. Very close to what you need. Very quite area. The pictures do not show how close the neighbors are. The neighbors are right on top of you. There wasn't much privacy when using the hot tub. The neighbors live next door on one side. So if you are looking for seclusion this is not the house for you. Its located in a neighborhood. Cute neighborhood. Not a busy road but right on the road if you have small children. The host does provide a safety gate for the front porch to help with safety. When we went it did rain and the driveway area and where the fire pit is became slick and I fell a few times with boots on so be careful. There are cameras for safety on the outside of the property. The home is decorated very cute. They even have board games and books. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and water was hot. Overall I would stay here again. The host was prompt in answering my questions. We had a little snag in getting the door code. Other than that this is an excellent choice of a place to stay. "

"NEVER STAY HERE! You will be wasting your money! This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at! The Ac didn’t work. We contacted the host he kept saying someone was coming but they never did! The house was filthy. Nasty sheets and a moldy smell. The floors were so filthy our feet were black! It was extremely hot it stayed about 75-80 degrees. The host was not very kind either! He didn’t fix any of the problems when we told him about them! Also the grill was falling apart and the patio furniture was so nasty! Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! "
