Located in a peaceful residential enclave, our Grand Ocean Paradise provides an ideal retreat on a serene dead-end street. This remarkable haven boasts 4 expansive bedrooms and an engaging game room complete with an authentic pinball machine, dart board, Pac-Man machine, and various other games for boundless entertainment. Step onto the skydeck and marvel at breathtaking 180-degree views of the ocean, pier, and downtown area, immersing yourself in the beauty of your surroundings

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Great location and lots of space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Old orchard Beach. I did not realize we would be so close to the beach either- It was a very short walk that was totally manageable with our gear and smaller kids. The condo was clean and had clearly been updated recently. My kids loved the games in particular! Communication with the property manager was also very easy and essentially instantaneous when I had a couple of questions that were all answered well.
