This lovely cottage is in pristine condition, with carefully chosen amenities and appliances, and decorated thoughtfully. "Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the summer. We hope to stay there again the next time we are in Falmouth and would highly recommend the home. "

"Our second stay at Tori’s wonderful home. Clean, plenty of room, well furnished and supplied, great location, an enclosed back yard with pool and hot tub. . . It’s hard not to love this home. "

"The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. It looks like something from an interior design magazine. Everything is light and bright, and the many windows afford the beautiful view of the water. There are kayaks which we didn't use, and while I'm sure there is water access, we couldn't see it from the property. The location is near shops and restaurants and still private. We felt like we were alone in the woods. Tip: don't put the garbage out. I believe racoons got into it and made a mess.We didn't need the casita, but I bet older kids would love to stay in it. It's a small distance from the main house. There's a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding it, and a double hammock. The hot tub is great.The photo shows the back door. The other door has a stone path leading up to it and one step to get inside. I love the keyless entry.The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my friend who has limited mobility. And the bathroom right outside her bedroom has a shower so that was a plus. The three upstairs bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. This is a small thing, but I love having different types of pillows to choose from. The master bath has a heated floor--it's chilly in October so that was greatly appreciated.The kitchen is a cook's dream. All the appliances are great. There's lots of counter space to work on and it's nice and bright. We cooked every night and we used the available spices. This is a wonderful property."

"The location defies description it is so beautiful. The water is steps away, there is ample sunny areas and plenty of shade too. Additionally there is shopping, dining and entertainment within minutes. Complete privacy as neighbors are barely visible. The house itself is clean, modern and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, ample bedrooms and a large enough dining and gathering area for our entire party. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!"

"clean and spacious. the home worked well for our needs. close to our wedding venue in a nice neighborhood. the pool area was nice but unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy it for a longer time. the only thing I had negative to say is that it was put as a 4 full bathroom and one 1/2 bath. There were only 3 full bathrooms with one 1/2 bath. It was like hide & seek as I looked for the fourth one. We were still happy with the home. It had everything we wanted."
