"Delightful! The island is quiet but not completely isolated in winter, making for a tranquil stay. This lovely cottage is in pristine condition, with carefully chosen amenities and appliances, and decorated thoughtfully. Matt (host) was quickly responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend!"

"Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the summer. We hope to stay there again the next time we are in Falmouth and would highly recommend the home. "

"We loved the house it was very clean and the picture window was very relaxing. I wished that the window had some kind of window treatment for privacy at night. The kitchen had no seasonings so we opted not to cook but had a great stay despite the minor dislikes. "

"The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. It looks like something from an interior design magazine. Everything is light and bright, and the many windows afford the beautiful view of the water. There are kayaks which we didn't use, and while I'm sure there is water access, we couldn't see it from the property. The location is near shops and restaurants and still private. We felt like we were alone in the woods. Tip: don't put the garbage out. I believe racoons got into it and made a mess.We didn't need the casita, but I bet older kids would love to stay in it. It's a small distance from the main house. There's a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding it, and a double hammock. The hot tub is great.The photo shows the back door. The other door has a stone path leading up to it and one step to get inside. I love the keyless entry.The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my friend who has limited mobility. And the bathroom right outside her bedroom has a shower so that was a plus. The three upstairs bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. This is a small thing, but I love having different types of pillows to choose from. The master bath has a heated floor--it's chilly in October so that was greatly appreciated.The kitchen is a cook's dream. All the appliances are great. There's lots of counter space to work on and it's nice and bright. We cooked every night and we used the available spices. This is a wonderful property."

"As you already know, I was met with unusual circumstances of the home, not being ready. It was damp and cold as the day was a chilly fall day, and it didn’t look like what I had rented. The heat issue still existed when I came in the next day. The heat would’ve been a nice touch to give a welcoming sense of. I’m glad you’re here. There were so many amenities wonderful for an active family as we were attending a wedding we were responding to an external schedule Until we could relax and enjoy the beautiful location."

"My family and I stayed at this home for a wedding on the cape. The house was clean, spacious, and very conveniently located. The kids loved the outdoor swingset and the playroom downstairs, it was truly a perfect space for what we needed and especially for the little ones. The host was very responsive and we have no complaints about the stay or property. Highly Recommend!"

"The property is lovely and in a wonderful area. I was concerned about the smell mentioned in other reviews, but it was totally fine, especially with the A/C on. The upstairs bedroom has a quirky bathroom, with the sink in the hallway and the shower inside the bedroom, but otherwise, all fine. The code lock with a 10digit combination was a big pain for everyone, as the door locks automatically when you close it and then you have to look up the 10digit combo every time. "

"Had a wonderful stay! I was there for the Falmouth road race and getting in and out of town was a breeze. House was very clean. Shower pressure amazing ha (don’t always get that). Joel responded promptly to any questions we had. Look forward to returning. "
