Fairview Lodge on 4th Lake

Welcome to Fairview Lodge, a beautiful custom home with a guest cottage located on the north shore of Fourth Lake, perfectly situated between Old Forge and Inlet.
The main house features a great room with a large, open floor plan that combines the living and dining areas. A central stone fireplace adds warmth and sliding doors from the living room lead to a deck facing the lake. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a center island, and an expansive dining area with two tables, providing ample seating. The main house offers four comfortable bedrooms, two and a half full bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, and Adirondack touches throughout.
Outside, a spacious and level lawn extends to the water’s edge, where you’ll find a sandy-bottom swimming area. A break wall is available for boat tie-up. The upper deck also provides a shaded, covered patio area below, which is ideal for relaxing on warm summer days.
The guest cottage includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a living room.
Sleeping arrangements in the main house include two king beds, one queen bed, one full bed, and three twin beds. In the guest house, there are two king beds and a bunk with two twin beds.
Amenities offered include a horseshoe pit, fire pit, WiFi, smart TV, washer and dryer in both the main house and guest cottage, a dishwasher, propane grill, and a drip coffee maker.
We welcome well-behaved dogs for an additional fee.
